Many support service positions at EverBank do not require extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry. However, having a degree in Business, Finance, Technology or a related field can be a plus, as well as having a history of professional work experience. EverBank has dedicated trainers for both the loan production and loan-servicing units. Each unit has a fully equipped training lab with computers for hands-on learning. The company also offers tuition reimbursement for those who are interested in continuing their education.
